That is why we strive to make the return and exchange process as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. Because our products are shipped directly from trusted suppliers, return eligibility, shipping instructions, and exchange options may vary by product.
Hassle-Free Return Process
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return or exchange, please contact North Coast Pawsitive Vibes and provide:
Your name and order number
The item you would like to return or exchange
The reason for your request
Photographs if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and work with the supplier to help resolve the matter.
Please do not mail an item back without receiving return authorization. Products may need to be returned directly to the supplier’s designated address.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items should generally be:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In their original condition
In the original packaging
Returned with all tags, accessories, and included materials
Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number
The supplier may inspect the returned item before approving a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
Exchange availability depends on the individual supplier and whether the requested replacement item is currently in stock.
When a direct exchange is unavailable, you may be asked to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred product, color, or size.
Return Shipping Costs
Responsibility for return shipping is determined by the supplier and the reason for the return.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping when an item is returned because of:

Incorrect sizing
Personal preference
Ordering the wrong item
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, the supplier may provide a prepaid return label, replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the return is the result of a supplier error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order soon after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, shipping label, and packaging. These details will help us work with the supplier and resolve your concern more efficiently.
Depending on the circumstances, the supplier may offer a replacement, refund, exchange, store credit, or another suitable resolution.
Nonreturnable Items

Used, worn, washed, or damaged merchandise

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be sent to suppliers for processing shortly after they are placed. Although we will do our best to assist, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
